These new studio/efficiencies are completely modern, and wall-to-wall carpeted. A front
porch spans the length of the building, chairs are provided for your comfort.
Each -terrace has a bedroom area with one full size double bed (except
#31 which has two twin beds), and color-cable TV.
Dining and kitchen area for your convenience. The modern kitchen area
is fully equipped with a two burner electric counter top range (no oven) and a
refrigerator-freezer built in under the counter top and microwave.
The bathroom has a color coordinated fiberglass tub/shower and vanity
sink.
